Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine employee job satisfaction factors at PT. Adot Brothers in Siak Regency. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Adot Brothers in Siak Regency, while 32 employees were sampled using the saturated sampling method, that is, the entire population was sampled. The results of the data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. The dimensions used in this study are social relations, salary / wage factors, and supervisory factors. The results of this study indicate employee job satisfaction in the high category. This research is expected to be able to improve policies and regulations by PT. Adot Brothers in Siak Regency regarding work satisfaction factor
