Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Ethics on Employee Performance at Pak Nurdin Marpoyan's Pekanbaru Restaurant. The population in this study were all employees of Pak Nurdin Marpoyan Pekanbaru restaurant, amounting to 32 people so that the sample taking in this research used the census method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Secondary data were collected using a questionnaire.
