Abstract :
Company value is the price that potential buyers are willing to pay is interpreted as the market price of the company itself. This study aims to empirically prove the influence of independent commissioners, managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility on company value. The population used in this study is property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Sample selection using purposive sampling as many as 14 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data and data collection methods using the documentation method. The results of the study concluded that: (1) independent commissioners affect the value of the company. (2) managerial ownership has no effect on firm value. (3) corporate social responsibility does not affect the company's value. (4) independent commissioners, managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility do not affect the company's value.
