Abstract :
The number of youth development programs carried out by the Kampar District Education, Youth and Sports Office for the younger generation, so that this coaching program is able to provide the best results for the Kampar District youth for the future. The purpose of this study was to determine Youth Development towards Youth Entrepreneurship Development in Kampar District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is a descriptive survey with a qualitative approach where data is collected from key informants and supporting informants. Data collection techniques are defined, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. All data collected were classified according to type and form and then presented descriptively. The results showed that youth coaching towards entrepreneurship development was running as expected. where every year there has been guidance to youth in the field of entrepreneurship. Obstacles encountered are the small amount of budget allocated for youth development activities, especially in the field of entrepreneurship, and the number of existing youth data is still very minimal.
