Abstract :
Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik menunjukan bahwa ada 53,91% guru di Indonesia
yang dianggap layak dalam mengajar. Kelayakan tersebut dinilai dari kesesuaian
latar belakang pendidikan dengan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan dan kemampuan
mengajar. Hal tersebut menunjukan masih ada guru di Indonesia yang tidak
profesional. Penelitian ini berusaha menilik cara mengajar guru non profesional
dengan spesifik kepada guru yang mengajar PAK dan apa dampaknya dalam
pembelajaran PAK. PAK merupakan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan
keimanan dan spiritual seseorang sehingga membutuhkan cara mengajar yang tepat.
Namun guru PAK yang mengajar di SDN Tapos 5 Depok bukanlah guru profesional
yang memiliki latar pendidikan PAK. Dari masalah tersebut adapun tujuan yang
ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengertian guru
non profesional. (2) Untuk mengetahui cara mengajar guru non profesional dalam
pembelajaran PAK di SDN Tapos 5 Depok. (3) Untuk mengetahui dampak cara
mengajar guru non profesional dalam pembelajaran PAKdi SDN Tapos 5 Depok.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Proses
analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman.
Sehingga hasil analisisnya dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus
menerus. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kristen SDN Tapos 5
Depok. Hasilnya adalah (1) pemahaman mengenai guru nonprofesionalisme sudah
disadari oleh guru PAK. (2) Guru PAK memiliki empat kompetensi tetapi kurang
maksimal dalam mengimplementasikan. (3) cara mengajar guru PAK berdampak
kepada pembelajaran PAK yang disampaikan tidak mencapai sasaran yang sesuai
dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan bagi: (1) Guru
non profesional untuk lebihmemaksimalkan kemampuan dalam cara mengajar. (2)
Calon guru PAK bahwa pentingnya profesionalisme guru terhadap pembelajaran
PAK. (3) Prodi PAKdapat dijadikan acuan untuk dilakukannya penelitian lanjutan
mengenai cara mengajar guru non profesional.

This showsthat there are still unprofessional teachersin Indonesia. Thisstudy seeksto
examinehow to teach non-professional teachers specifically to teachers who teach
Christian Religious Education and what the impact is in learning Christian Religious
Education. Christian religious education is a subject related to one's faith and
spirituality so that it requires the right way of teaching. However, the Christian
Religious Education teacher who teaches at SDN Tapos 5 Depok is not a professional
teacher who has an educationalbackground of Christian Religious Education. From
these problems, the objectives to be achieved in this study are: (1) To find out the
meaning of non-professional teachers. (2) To find out how to teach non-professional
teachers in learning Christian Religious Education at SDN Tapos 5 Depok. (3) To find
out the impact of teaching non-professional teachers in teaching Christian Religious
Education at SDN Tapos 5 Depok. This research uses qualitative research with
descriptive type. The data analysis process in this study uses the Miles and Huberman
model. So that the results of the analysis are carried out interactively and take place
continuously. Respondents in this study were Christian students at SDNTapos 5 Depok.
The results are (1) the understanding of non-professional teachers has been realized by
Christian Religious Education teachers. (2) Christian Religious Education teachers
have four competencies but are less than optimal in implementing them. (3) the
teaching method of Christian Religious Education teachers has an impact on the
teaching of Christian Religious Education that is delivered not achieving the targets in
accordance with the learning objectives. This research can be recommended for: (1)
Non-professional teachers maximize their ability in teaching methods. (2)
Prospective teachers of Christian Religious Education that the importance of teacher
professionalism in learning Christian Religious Education. (3) Christian Religious
Education Study Program can be used as a reference for further research on how to
teach non-professional teachers.
