Abstract :
YOHAN ANTONI SIMANJUNTAK, Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif Serta Disiplin
Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Hasfarm Dian Konsultan Pada Masa Pandemic Covid -19.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1) Apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif berhubungan
terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Hasfarm Dian Konsultan (2) Apakah Disiplin Kerja berhubungan
terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Hasfarm Dian Konsultan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu pegawai PT.
Hasfarm Dian Konsultan sebanyak 42.
Pengambilan data dicoba lewat penyebaran kuesioner ataupun angket dianalisis memakai analisis
korelasi rank spearman dengan memakai dorongan SPSS
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika (1) terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja
pegawai didapat koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0,350 yang berarti hubungan kedua
variabel lemah serta bernilai positif dan diperoleh hasil signifikan sebesar 0,023 lebih kecil dari
0,005 dengan demikian hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang
signifkan antar variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) terdapat
hubungan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai didapat koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar
0,453 yang berarti hubungan kedua variabel cukup strong dan bernilai positif dan diperoleh hasil
signifikan 0,003 lebih kecil 0,05 dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini bisa disimpulkan kalau ada
hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Hasfarm Dian Consultants during the Covid-19
Pandemic.
This study aims to determine: (1) Is participatory leadership style related to employee performance
PT. Hasfarm Dian Consultant (2) Is work discipline related to employee performance at PT.
Hasfarm Dian Consultant.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Hasfarm
Dian Consultants as many as 42.
Data retrieval was attempted through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires and
analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis using SPSS encouragement.
The results of this study indicate that if (1) there is a relationship between leadership style and
employee performance, the rank spearman correlation coefficient is 0.350, which means that the
relationship between the two variables is weak and has a positive value and significant results are
obtained at 0.023 which is smaller than 0.005. Thus, the calculation results can be concluded that
there is a significant relationship. which is significant between the variables of participatory
leadership style on employee performance (2) there is a relationship between work discipline and
employee performance, the rank spearman correlation coefficient is 0.453, which means that the
relationship between the two variables is quite strong and has a positive value and significant
results are 0.003 smaller than 0.05, thus the results This calculation can be concluded if there is a
significant relationship between work discipline variables on employee performance.
