Abstract :
Latar Belakang: Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) atau stroke adalah salah satu penyebab kecacatan dan kematian yang signifikan secara global. Menurut data dari World Health Organization (WHO), setiap tahunnya terdapat kurang lebih 17 juta orang yang mengalami stroke di seluruh dunia, dan sekitar 6 juta di antaranya meninggal dunia akibat stroke. Di Indonesia sendiri, stroke menjadi salah satu penyakit yang mematikan dan menempati peringkat kedua setelah penyakit jantung. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil pasien stroke karena hipertensi yang dirawat inap di RSUD Pasar Minggu tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari data rekam medis yang memenuhi persyaratan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel tersebut adalah pasien stroke di rawat inap RSUD Pasar Minggu pada tahun 2019. Jumlah sampel minimal adalah 57. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hasil: Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1495 orang dimana profil sampel berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada pasien stroke di rawat inap di dominasi oleh lakilaki dimana jumlah laki-laki ada 876 (58.6%). Berdasarkan kategori umur didapatkan mayoritas pada kelompok usia 56 ? 65 tahun sebanyak 512 orang (34.2%). Berdasarkan diagnosa dokter, pasien stroke lebih banyak mengalami stroke iskemik sebanyak 1044 orang (69.8.1%) dibandingkan dengan stroke perdarahan sebanyak 451 orang (30.2%). Distribusi Hipertensi Tingkat 2 adalah yang memiliki insidensi paling tinggi dimana terdapat 581 (38.9.8%) orang. Lama perawatan pasien stroke paling banyak adalah < 7 hari yakni terdapat 1317 (88.1%) orang. Distribusi kecamatan asal pasien rawat inap dominan datang dari Kecamatan Pasar Minggu yakni 350 (23.4%) orang. Provider jaminan kesehatan yang dominan digunakan adalah BPJS yakni 1443 (96.5%) orang. Kesimpulan: Stroke pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Pasar Minggu tahun 2019 didominasi oleh laki-laki dan usia > 56-65 tahun, dimana sebagian besar pasien stroke mengalami stroke iskemik. Lama perawatan pasien stroke di Pasar Minggu tahun 2019 paling besar < 7 hari dan hampir keseluruhan pasien berasal dari Kecamatan Pasar Minggu dan menggunakan BPJS sebagai penjamin kesehatan. According to the data from the World Health Organization (WHO), there are around 17 million people worldwide who suffer from stroke every year, and approximately 6 million of them die due to stroke. In Indonesia, stroke is one of the deadliest diseases and ranks second after heart disease. Objective: To determine the profile of stroke patients with hypertension hospitalized in RSUD Pasar Minggu in 2019. Research Method: This study was a descriptive study. The study sample was stroke patients hospitalized in RSUD Pasar Minggu in 2019 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The minimum sample size was 57, and the sampling technique used was total sampling. Results: The sample in this study consisted of 1495 individuals, where the sample characteristics based on gender of stroke patients in inpatient care were dominated by males, with a total of 876 (58.6%) males. Based on age categories, the majority were in the age group of 56-65 years with a total of 512 individuals (34.2%). Based on the doctor's diagnosis, more stroke patients experienced ischemic stroke with a total of 1044 individuals (69.8%) compared to hemorrhagic stroke with a total of 451 individuals (30.2%). The distribution of stage 2 hypertension had the highest incidence, with 581 individuals (38.9%) having it. The length of stay for stroke patients was mostly <7 days, with 1317 individuals (88.1%). The distribution of inpatient origin sub-districts was predominantly from Pasar Minggu Sub-District, with 350 individuals (23.4%). The dominant health insurance provider used was BPJS with 1443 individuals (96.5%). Conclusion: Stroke in inpatients at Pasar Minggu Hospital in 2019 was dominated by males and ages >56-65 years, where most stroke patients experienced ischemic stroke. The length of stay for stroke patients in Pasar Minggu in 2019 was mostly <7 days and almost all patients came from Pasar Minggu Sub-District and used BPJS as their health insurance provider.
