Abstract :
Stres merupakan pola umum dari respon dan adaptasi terhadap stresor yang
mungkin berasal dari dalam atau luar individu yang terlibat, bersifat nyata atau tidak
terlihat. Stres sebagai bentuk adaptasi untuk hidup, dapat menyebabkan seseorang
untuk berpikir dan berusaha untuk mengatasi masalah dalam hidup. Dibandingkan
dengan mahasiwa program studi non-kedokteran, mahasiswa kedokteran banyak
mengalami tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi. Suatu penelitian telah dilakukan untuk
mengetahui gambaran stresor pada Mahasiswa Preklinik FK UKI Angkatan 2019.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan
cross?sectional yang menggambarkan stresor dengan menggunakan kuisoner
MSSQ pada 105 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober
2022. Hasil penelitian mayoritas umur responden 20-21 tahun sebanyak 85 orang
(80,95%), dan 80 responden (76,17%) berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil
penelitian terhadap faktor-faktor stresor menunjukkan bahwa pada faktor stresor
akademik, sebanyak 48 mahasiswa (45,7%) mengalami stres berat; faktor stresor
intrapersonal dan interpersonal sebanyak 39 mahasiswa (37,1%) mengalami stres
sedang; faktor stresor proses belajar mengajar sebanyak 47 mahasiswa (44,8%)
mengalami stres berat; faktor stresor yang disebabkan oleh stresor sosial pada
mahasiswa sebanyak 48 mahasiswa (45,7%) mengalami stres berat; faktor stresor
motivasi sebanyak 40 mahasiswa (38,1%) mengalami stres sedang; dan faktor
stresor yang disebabkan kegiatan kelompok sebanyak 42 mahasiswa (40,0%)
mengalami stres sedang. Disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami stres
berat pada faktor stresor akademik, stresor proses belajar mengajar dan stresor
sosial, sedangkan mayoritas responden mengalami stres sedang pada faktor stresor
intrapersonal dan interpersonal, motivasi dan kegiatan kelompok.

from within or outside the individual involved, visible or invisible Stress as a form
of adaptation to life can cause a person to think and try to overcome problems in
life. Stress is a more likely experienced by Medical students than among students
in study programs outside the medical sector. A study was conducted to determine
the description of stressor factors that cause stress in Preclinical students of FK UKI
Class 2019. The research method used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional
approach that describes stressor factors using the MSSQ questionnaire on 105
respondents. It was conducted in August-October 2022. The results showed that the
majority of respondents aged 20-21 years were 85 people (80.95%), and 80
respondents (76.17%) were female. The results of the study on stressor factors
showed that in terms of academic stressors, 48 students (45.7%) experienced severe
stress; intrapersonal and interpersonal stressor factors as many as 39 students
(37.1%) experienced moderate stress; stressor factors in teaching and learning
process as many as 47 students (44.8%) experienced severe stress; stressor factors
caused by social stressors in students as many as 48 students (45.7%) experienced
severe stress; motivational stressor factor as many as 40 students (38.1%)
experienced moderate stress, and stressor factors caused by group activities as many
as 42 students (40.0%) experienced moderate stress. It was concluded that the
majority of respondents experienced severe stress on academic stressors, teaching
and learning process stressors, and social stressors, while the majority of
respondents experienced moderate stress on intrapersonal and interpersonal
stressors, motivation, and group activities.
