Abstract :
Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang adalah suatu keadaan debitor yang tidak dapat memperkirakan atau tidak dapat melanjutkan utang-utangnya yang telah jatuh tempo, tidak dapat melunasi dan dapat ditagih oleh kreditor. Undang-undang juga memberi ruang atau cara kepada debitor dan kreditor mewusyawarahkan cara-cara pelunasan/pembayaran tagihan yang telah jatuh tempo. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membahas kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hak kreditor dalam perkara Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dengan (Putusan Nomor 24/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst). / Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations is a condition where the debtor cannot estimate or cannot continue his debts which have matured, cannot pay off and can be billed by creditors. The law also provides space or ways for debtors and creditors to negotiate ways of settlement/payment of bills that are due. The purpose of this research is to find out and discuss legal certainty and protection of creditors' rights in the case of Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations with (Study Number 24/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst)
