Abstract :
Alfrida Marimbun. Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Manajerial Skil Kepala Sekolah
terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru di SMA PGRI Getengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap komitmen kerja guru,
apakah ada pengaruh manajerial skil kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru,
serta apakah ada pengaruh efikasi diri dan manajerial skil kepala sekolah secara
bersama-sama terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan. Untuk
meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan, maka guru harus
memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi dan didukung oleh manajerial skil kepala sekolah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Juli 2022 sampai November 2022. Jumlah sampel 30
orang. Pengukuran variabel X1, X2 dan Y menggunakan kuesioner Model Likert
dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Google Form. Intrumen X1, X2 dan Y
divalidasi dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui SPSS 25. Pada signifikan 5%,
rtabel = 0, 361, dan semua item rhitung ? rtabel , artinya semua instrumen valid. Indeks
reliabilitasnya sesuai koefisien Cronbach?s Alpha = 0,765 berarti reliabel. Data
dianalisis melalui Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Untuk
mengetahui besarnya pengaruh parsial maupun simultan dari variabel X1, X2 dan
Y dilakukan uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian
disimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen
kerja guru (66,99%); (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajerial skil
kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru (1,57%); (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang
signifikan efikasi diri dan manajerial skil kepala sekolah secara smultan terhadap
komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan (68,57%).

on Teacher Work Commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan. This study aims to prove
whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher work commitment, whether
there is an influence of principal managerial skills on teacher work commitment,
and whether there is an influence of self-efficacy and managerial skills of school
principals together on teacher work commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan . To
increase teacher work commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan, teachers must have
high self-efficacy and be supported by the managerial skills of the principal. This
research was conducted from July 2022 to November 2022. The number of samples
was 30 people.The measurement of variables X1, X2 and Y uses a Likert Model
questionnaire and data collection techniques through the Google Form.
Instruments X1, X2 and Y were validated by validity and reliability tests through
SPSS 25. At a significant 5%, rtable = 0.361, and all items rcount ? rtable, meaning
that all instruments are valid. The reliability index is according to the Cronbach's
Alpha coefficient = 0.765 which means it is reliable. Data were analyzed through
Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression. To find out the
magnitude of the partial or simultaneous influence of the variables X1, X2 and Y, a
t test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation analysis were carried out.
The results of this study concluded (1) there is a significant influence of self-efficacy
on teacher work commitment (66.99%); (2) There is no significant effect of the
principal's managerial skills on teacher work commitment (1.57%); (3) There is a
significant influence of self-efficacy and managerial skills of the principal together
on the work commitment of teachers at SMA PGRI Getengan (68.57%).
