Abstract :
Atriani Maria Sappa?: Kontribusi Komitmen dan Motivasi Kinerja Guru Terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Guru di SMPN Kabupaten Tana Toraja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang seberapa besar kontribusi komitmen dan motivasi kerja terhadap Produktifitas kerja guru pada di Sekolah Menengah Perama Negeri di Kab. Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. dalam penelitian ini, metode kuantitatif dipilih sebab spesifikasi dari desain ini adalah sistematis, terencana, dan terstruktur dengan baik dari awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitian. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang dari 3 UPT SMPN yang ada di Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan subjek atau hasil penelitian dengan lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh signifikan yang positif antara komitmen guru terhadap Produktifitas kerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tana Toraja tetapi tidak terlalu besar. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada penyebab lain yang mempunyai pengaruh lebih besar terhadap Produktifitas kerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan yang positif antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap Produktifitas kerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa jika semakin tinggi motivasi kerja guru maka semakin tinggi Produktifitas kerja guru. (3) Ada pengaruh signifikan yang positif antara komitmen guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap Produktifitas kerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kab. Tana Toraja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa jika semakin tinggi komitmen guru dan motivasi kerja guru maka semakin tinggi Produktifitas kerja guru. The purpose of this study is to determine how much dedication and motivation contribute to the job productivity of teachers at SMPN in Tana Toraja District. This research employed regression analysis and a quantitative methodology. The quantitative technique was chosen for this study since the specifications of this design are methodical, organized, and properly structured from the beginning to the end of the research design process. This research had 75 participants from 3 UPT SMPNs in Tana Toraja. This study also employed a descriptive method in order to better explain the issue or research findings. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There Was a significant positive effect between teacher commitment on teacher work productivity in Public Middle Schools in Tana Toraja Regency. This showed that there was other factors that have a greater influence on the work productivity of teachers in Public Middle Schools in Tana Toraja Regency. (2) There was a significant positive influence between teachers' work motivation on teacher work productivity in State Junior High Schools in Tana Toraja Regency. This showed that the higher the teacher's work motivation, the higher the teacher's work productivity. (3) There was a significant positive effect between teacher commitment and teacher work motivation on teacher work productivity in Public Middle Schools in Tana Toraja Regency.
