Abstract :
Penelitian ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menilai sebuah program dengan cara melakukan evaluasi program menggunakan model formatif-sumatif, di mana program yang di evaluasi adalah katekisasi pemuda di GMIT Mata Jemaat Efata Deme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluatif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumentasi sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Informan dalam penelitian ini ada 9 orang, yakni: 1 orang pendeta, 1 orang pengajar, dan 7 orang peserta katekisasi pemuda. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan program katekisasi pemuda di GMIT mata jemaat Efata Deme dengan mengevaluasi empat komponen menggunakan model formatif- sumatif. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Katekisasi Pemuda, Model Formatif-Sumatif. / This research is an attempt to improve the teaching and value of a program by conducting a program evaluation using a formative-sumative model, in which the program being evaluated is the youth catechism at the Efata Deme church. This study uses a qualitative approach. Researcher use interviews, observation and documentation as techniques in data collection. There are 9 informants in this study, namely: 1 priest, 1 teacher, and 7 youth catechism participants. From the results of this study, the researcher conclude that in the process of implementing youth catechism learning at the Efata Deme church it was adjusted to the GMIT catechism manual, and for the program itself the teacher did not optimally, and the planned goals had not been fully achieved. Therefore, through this research, researcher will conduct and propose an evaluation of the youth catechism program at Efata Deme church using a formative-sumative model.
