Abstract :
Peraturan tentang Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif baru ada setelah diterbitkannya Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Namun peraturan tentang Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif yang diberlakukan justru menimbulkan kebingungan terutama dengan diterbitkannya peraturan pelaksananya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif yuridis yaitu penelitian hukum kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kepastian hukum. Teori hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kepastian hukum oleh Gustav Radbruch./ The law regulating Collective Management Organisations only started when the Law No. 28 Year 2014 on Copyright was enacted. However, such rules regarding Collective Management Organisations caused confusion, especially with the provisions on the Ministerial Regulation. The research method employed is juridical normative, that is literature legal research. The legal theory used in this research is the legal certainty theory brought forth by Gustav Radbruch. A general review is done to explain regarding copyrights, related rights, the contents of copyrights which are the morale right and economic.
