Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas Perang Rusia-Ukraina berdasarkan perspektif Indonesia sebagai negara yang mempunyai posisi netral dalam konflik tersebut. Perang tersebut memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kondisi geopolitik global akibat sifat interdpendensi antar negara yang sudah terjadi paska Perang Dingin. Konflik Berkepanjangan mengakibatakan rantai suplai dunia menjadi terancam dan berimplikasi terhadap terjadinya krisis pangan global. Indonesia sebagai negara yang mempunyai hubungan erat dengan kedua negara berupaya untuk mewujudkan dekskalasi konflik yang semakin memanas dan berupaya sebagai penengah konflik. Menggunakan pendekatan kebijakan luar negeri dan pemikiran first track diplomacy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan sekunder dari literatur yang sudah ada. Topik ini menarik mengingat posisi Indonesia sebagai kekuatan regional di Asia yang sedang berkembang berupaya untuk memperluas pengaruhnya dalam perdamaian dunia dalam konflik ini. Kata Kunci: Indonesia, Rusia, Ukraina, Konflik, Kebijakan. / ABSTRACT This research discusses the Russo-Ukrainian War based on the perspective of Indonesia as a country that had a neutral position in the conflict. This war had a negative impact on global geopolitical conditions due to the nature of interdependence between countries that had occurred after the Cold War. Conflict If this continues, the world supply chain will be threatened and will have implications for a global food crisis. Indonesia, as a country that has close relations with the two countries, is trying to de-escalate the increasingly heated conflict and is trying to mediate the conflict. Using a foreign policy approach and first track diplomacy thinking. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting secondary materials from existing literature. This topic is interesting considering Indonesia's position as a developing regional power in Asia seeking to expand its influence in world peace in this conflict.
