Abstract :
Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan Risiko High Employee Turnover yang dilaksanakan di PT. Asuransi Maximus Graha Persada Tbk. Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk menganalisis risiko high employee turnover pada perusahaan. Turnover karyawan merupakan faktor risiko yang signifikan bagi perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia karena berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak employee turnover perusahaan asuransi Maximus Graha Persada dan bagaimana memitigasinya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei terhadap karyawan perusahaan PT. Asuransi Maximus menjawab kuesioner terstruktur dalam survey diproses berdasarkan pendekatan atas lima pilar dalam Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa alasan paling umum untuk pergantian karyawan adalah kondisi kerja yang kurang menyenangkan, kurangnya peluang pertumbuhan karir, dan kompensasi yang rendah. Terakhir, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi manajemen risiko yang dapat diterapkan untuk memitigasi perputaran karyawan, seperti menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif, memberikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta meningkatkan kompensasi karyawan.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan menjalankan proses bisnisnya dengan melakukan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, khususnya dalam bidang operasional sumber daya manusia.

regarding the riskof high employee turnover. The purpose of this research is to
analyse the risk of high employee turnover in the company. Employee turnover
is a significant risk factor for insurance companies in Indonesia because it
has an impact on organisational performance, customer satisfaction, and
financial stability. This research aims to test the relationship between
employee turnover and organisational performance at the insurance company
Maximus Graha Persada and identify risk management strategies to mitigate
the adverse effects of employee turnover. The research methodology used in
this research is the quantitative survey method against employees of PT
Company. Maximus Insurance answers structured questionnaires. The results
show that there is a negative correlation between employee turnover and
organisational performance, which shows that high employee turnover leads to
poor organisational performance. The findings also reveal that the most
common reasons for employee turnover are poor working conditions, a lack of
career growth opportunities, and low compensation. Finally, this study
recommends risk management strategies that can be applied to mitigate
employee turnover, such as creating a positive work culture, providing training
and development programmes, and increasing employee compensation.
The results of this research are expected to help the company run its business
processes by doing good corporate governance, especially in the operational
field of human resources. Asfor the purpose of this writing, apart from being
academic research to meet the prerequisitesfor graduating from the Master of
Management, it is also expected to be useful for the general public, because this
research will certainly provide additional insight for the public into dealing
with similar problems when dealing with business processes, especially in
managing various risks that can always occur in the company. The findings of
these various risk indicators are processed based on the approach of the five pillars in Good Corporate Governance (GCG) including Transparency;
Accountability; Responsibility; Independence; Fairnes (TARIF) which can
show that there are various unwanted events that can harm the company,
including; Employees do not understand their rights and obligations in detail
(Transparency), still lack of an effective internal control system in measuring
employee. performance ('accountability'), Employees do not understand
Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and company goals so that there is often
non-compliance with company regulations (Responsibility), Employees
generally only work based on superior habits or orders without understanding
their rights and obligations (Independence), and unclear employee career paths
(fairnes / justice) .
