Abstract :
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah sebuah tindakan pegawai dalam
membantu sesama rekan kerja di luar tugas utama pekerjaan. OCB menurun dapat
disebabkan dari loyalitas yang kurang dan lingkup pekerjaan tidak memadai dan
mendorong. Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui: (1) hubungan loyalitas
terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan PT Mirae Asset
Sekuritas Indonesia, (2) hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, (3)
hubungan loyalitas dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) karyawan PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia. Penelitian ini
menerapkan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.
Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman dan korelasi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) adanya hubungan signifikan dan positif
antara loyalitas terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 0,559
dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (2) adanya hubungan signifikan dan positif
antara lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
sebesar 0,337 dan signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. (3) adanya hubungan positif
antara loyalitas dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) sebesar 0,617.
Kata Kunci : loyalitas, lingkungan kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB). / Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is an employee's action in helping
fellow colleagues outside of the main job duties. Decreased OCB can be caused by
lack of loyalty and insufficient and encouraging work scope. The purpose of this
study is to determine: (1) the relationship of loyalty to Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) of PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia employees, (2) the
relationship of work environment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of
PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia employees, (3) the relationship of loyalty and
work environment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Mirae
Asset Sekuritas Indonesia employees. This research applies quantitative methods.
Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman Rank
correlation and multiple correlation.
The results of this study state that (1) there is a significant and positive relationship
between loyalty to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of 0.559 and
significant at 0.000 <0.05. (2) there is a significant and positive relationship
between the work environment and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)
of 0.337 and significant at 0.002 <0.05. (3) there is a positive relationship between
loyalty and work environment to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of
0.617.
