Abstract :
Organization Citizenship Behavior pada dasarnya mengacu pada perilaku sukarela
dan positif yang dilakukan oleh pegawai di luar tugas utama mereka. Organization
Citizenship Behavior dapat menurun karena berbagai faktor, termasuk gaya
kepemimpinan transformasional yang kurang diterapkan dan kurangnya disiplin
dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja
terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau.
Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap instansi dan didapatkan sebanyak
30 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Metode
analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil
penelitian pada tingkat signifikan untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan
transformasional (X1) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya signifikan, maka variabel gaya
kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Organization Citizenship Behavior di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau. Hasil
penelitian pada variabel Disiplin kerja (X2) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,012
< 0,05 artinya signifikan maka disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau.
Hasil uji simultan diketahui nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 maka gaya
kepemimpinan transformasional dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior. Nilai
Koefisiensi Determinasi adjusted R2 sebesar 80,9% diartikan Organization
Citizenship Behavior dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan
disiplin kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,1% merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini., Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan Organization Citizenship Behavior dalam instansi, instansi harus memperhatikan gaya kepemimpinan dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja agar pegawai secara sukarela akan melakukan kegiatan extra role atau Organization
Citizenship Behavior di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau.
Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja, Organization Citizenship Behavior. / Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) essentially refers to voluntary and
positive behaviors performed by employees beyond their primary duties. OCB can
decline due to various factors, including insufficiently applied transformational
leadership and a lack of discipline in work. This study is a quantitative research
aimed at understanding the influence of transformational leadership style and work
discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Transportation
Department of Riau Province. The sample for this study consists of 30 permanent
employees. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The data analysis method
employed is the multiple regression analysis.The research results show a significant
level for the transformational leadership variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating
significance. Therefore, the transformational leadership style has a positive and
significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Transportation
Department of Riau Province. The results for the work discipline variable (X2) with
a significant level of 0.012 < 0.05 also indicate significance. Hence, work discipline
has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in
the Transportation Department of Riau Province. The simultaneous test results
reveal a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005, indicating that transformational
leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect
on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The adjusted coefficient of determination
(adjusted R2) value of 80.9% implies that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is
influenced by transformational leadership style and work discipline, while the
remaining 19.1% is attributed to other unexamined variables in this study.This
research suggests that to enhance Organizational Citizenship Behavior within an
organization, attention should be given to leadership style and the improvement of
work discipline. This way, employees will voluntarily engage in extra-role activities
or Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Transportation Department of Riau
Province.
