Gambaran Trauma Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Pada Pasien Di Rumah Sakit Umum UKI Pada Tahun 2016-2018

Abstract :
Trauma atau disebut juga injury atau wound, dapat juga diartikan sebagai kerusakan atau luka yang disebabkan oleh tindakan-tindakan fisik dengan terputusnya kontinuitas normal suatu struktur. Salah satu trauma adalah trauma akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Meningkatnya penggunaan transportasi dapat juga meningkatkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tipe kendaraan dan jenis tabrakan yang terjadi dapat mempengaruhi tipe trauma dan cedera yang didapat pengendara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang bersifat deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian case control dengan menggunakan data sekunder rekam medik pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum UKI dari Januari 2016 sampai Agustus 2018. Trauma kepala paling banyak ditemukan sebesar 89 kasus (45,2%), tipe cedera terbanyak adalah luka iris / robek yaitu sebanyak 41 kasus (26,6%) dengan kelompok usia 15 ? 30 tahun adalah penderita terbanyak dengan 45 pasien (42,9%) dan 70 pasien (66,7%) trauma kecelakaan lalu lintas menggunakan motor dari total 105 pasien. Kata Kunci : Trauma, Cedera, Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, Usia, Tabrakan Trauma or also called injury or wound, can also be interpreted as damage or injury caused by physical actions with the breakdown of normal continuity of a structure. One of the trauma is trauma from a traffic accident. Increased use of transportation can also increase the risk of traffic accidents. The type of vehicle and the type of collision that occurs can affect the type of trauma and injury that the driver gets. This type of research is descriptive survey research with a case control study design using secondary data on medical records of patients at UKI General Hospital from January 2016 to August 2018.
