Abstract :
Peran pemimpin gereja dalam manajemen PAK pada katekisasi sidi bagi pemuda dapat menolong suatu pelayanan ke arah yang lebih baik melalui penatataan yang baik oleh pengelolanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran pemimpin gereja dalam manajemen PAK pada program katekisasi sidi bagi pemuda dan sejauh mana pemahaman pemuda mengenai pengajaran katekisasi sidi dan bagaimana pelaksanaan program katekisasi sidi bagi pemuda di jemaat GMIM Betel Kembuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Maksudnya menyusun instrument penelitian berupa wawancara kepada BPMJ, Majelis jemaat dan pemuda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama, peran gereja dalam manajemen PAK pada program katekisasi sidi bagi pemuda masih kurang baik dan belum maksimal dalam menjangkau keberadaan kaum pemuda di jemaat ini. Di antaranya kurangnya pengawasan, control terhadap pelaksanaan. Kedua pemahaman terhadap katekisasi sidi secara umum sudah mengerti. Tetapi para pemuda kurang memahami materi yang diberikan. Ketiga pelaksanaan program katekisasi, gereja kurang memberi perhatian sehingga dalam pelaskanaanya di percepat hanya tiga bulan saja dan waktu itu tidak cukup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian saran agar pelaksanaan PAK pada Program katekisasi sidi jemaat bagi pemuda perlu untuk ditingkatkan melalui pengawasan dan bimbingan oleh pemimpin gereja. Para pengajar sedapat mungkin untuk menambah skill supaya dapat mengajarkan PAK dalam program katekisasi bagi pemuda. Sinode GMIM perlu untuk memperhatikan setiap perkembangan program-program khususnya kurikulum PAK dalam hal ini pengajaran pada program katekisasi bagi warga gereja dan jemaat. Kata kunci: Peran pemimpin, Manajemen PAK, Katekisasi Sidi, Pemuda. / The role of church leaders in PAK management in sidi catechism for youth can help a ministry in a better direction through good management by management. This study aims to determine the role of church leaders in PAK management in the sidi catechization program for youth and the extent to which youth understand the teaching of sidi catechism and how the sidi catechization program is implemented for youth in the GMIM Bethel Kembuan congregation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The aim is to develop a research instrument in the form of interviews with BPMJ, church and youth councils. The results of this study show that first, the role of the church in PAK management in the sidi catechism program for youth is still not good and has not been optimal in reaching out to the existence of youth in this congregation. Among them is the lack of supervision, control over implementation. The two understandings of sidi catechism in general have been understood. But the youth do not understand the material provided. Third, the implementation of the catechism program, the church paid less attention so that the implementation was accelerated by only three months and that time was not enough. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that the implementation of PAK in the church catechization program for youth needs to be improved through supervision and guidance by church leaders. The teachers do their best to add skills so they can teach PAK in the catechism program for youth. The GMIM Synod needs to pay attention to every development of programs, especially the PAK curriculum in this case the teaching of catechism programs for church members and congregations.
