Abstract :
Persalinan adalah suatu proses pergerkan untuk keluarnya janin, placenta melalui jalan lahir. Data menurut World Health Organization (WHO), standar rata-rata persalinan normal disebuah Negara sebesar 8,43/1000 kelahiran atau persalianan pada tahun 2008 didunia. Data yang diperoleh dari Rekam Medis RSU UKI JAKRTA pada tahun 2019 pasien persalinan normal (3,2%). Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu persalinan normal dengan masalah keperawatan Nyeri di RSU UKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur review. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perawat ruangan selama hari perawatan dirumah sakit. Penulis menemukan pasien 1 dan 2 dengan masalah Nyeri persalinan dengan pemberian tindakan yang sama yaitu kompres hangat , asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 20 Januari 2019, ditemukan skala Nyeri 6 menjadi 1. Masalah Nyeri teratasi. Sedangkan skala nyeri pada pasien 2 yaitu skala Nyeri 6 menjadi 3 dengan masalah nyeri teratasi sebagian. Kesimpulan yang ditemukan oleh penulis keluhan pasien 1 dan 2 yang dilakukan tindakan kompres hangat dengan masalah Nyeri persalinan teratasi, dan berbeda pada pasien 1 dan 2. Saran: Untuk perawat Ruangan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan memperhatikan aspek biopsikososi spiritual dan budaya baik prefentif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif khususnya pada ibu persalinan Kata kunci: Kata Kunci: Persalianan Normal, Nyeri, Kompres Hangat. / Childbirth is a process of passing the fetus, placenta, through the birth canal. Data according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the average standard of normal delivery in a country is 8.43 / 1000 births or deliveries in 2008 worldwide. Data obtained from the Medical Records of the UKI JAKRTA Hospital in 2019 for normal delivery patients (3.2%). The aim of the study was to provide nursing care to women with normal labor with nursing problems at UKI Hospital Jakarta. This study uses a literature review study. The results obtained from the room nurse during the day of hospitalization. The author found patients 1 and 2 with labor pain problems by giving the same action, namely warm compresses, nursing care on January 20, 2019, found the 6 pain scale to 1. Pain problems resolved. Meanwhile, the pain scale in patient 2 is the Pain scale from 6 to 3 with the pain problem being partially resolved. The conclusions found by the authors of the complaints of patients 1 and 2 that warm compresses were carried out with the problem of labor pain resolved, and differed in patients 1 and 2.Suggestion: For room nurses to further increase knowledge in providing nursing care by paying attention to aspects of spiritual biopsychosocial and good culture preventive , curative, and rehabilitative especially for mothers who give birth Key words: Keywords: Normal Giving, Pain, Warm Compress.
