Abstract :
Infeksi cacing paling sering ditemukan pada anak usia prasekolah dan sekolah
dasar. Penularan cacing melalui benda yang terkontaminasi feses seperti makanan, jari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies nematoda usus pada kuku dan
feses siswa SD Negeri Kelurahan Cawang Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur.
Penelitian bersifat analitik deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional.
Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Parasitologi FK UKI. Sampel yang diambil 69
orang kelas I- IV siswa-siswi SD Negeri 09 dan 07. Hasil penelitian yaitu dari 5 orang
terinfeksi telur cacing pada feses, terdapat 3 orang terinfeksi telur A.lumbricoides dan
2 orang terinfeksi telur T.trichiura. 3 orang terinfeksi telur cacing pada kuku, terdapat
2 orang terinfeksi telur A.lumbricoides dan 1 orang terinfeksi telur O.Vermicularis.
Murid tersebut mengalami kontaminasi dengan ditemukan telur cacing pada
pemeriksaaan kuku tangannya, namun tidak terinfeksi pada pemeriksaan feses.

Worm infections are most often found in preschool and elementary school
children. Transmission of worms through objects contaminated with feces such as food,
fingers. This research aim to identify species of intestinal nematodes in the nails and
feces of students in SD Negeri Kelurahan Cawang Kramat Jati District East Jakarta.
This research is descriptive analytic using a cross sectional approach. The research was
conducted at Parasitology Laboratory FK UKI. Samples were taken 69 people class
from I-IV grades students SD Negeri Cawang 09 and 07. The results of the research
were that of 5 people infected with worm eggs in faeces, 3 people infected with
A.lumbricoides eggs and 2 people infected with T. trichiura eggs. 3 people were
infected with worm eggs on the nails, 2 people infected with A.lumbricoides eggs and
1 person infected with O. Vermicularis eggs. The student is contaminated with worm
eggs found on thei fingernails examination, but not infected in feces examination.
