Abstract :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan jemaat dewasa muda mengikuti pemuridan SPK di GBI WTC Serpong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu mencoba mencari makna, pemahaman, pengertian tentang suatu fenomena atau kejadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuka cakrawala berpikir bahwa pentingnya motivasi yang benar dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mengikuti kelas pemuridan SPK di jemaat dewasa muda GBI WTC Serpong dan mendapatkan informasi tentang perubahan apakah yang didapatkan setelah mengikuti kelas pemuridan SPK tersebut Data yang diperoleh penulis berasal dari delapan responden yang telah mengikuti pemuridan SPK di GBI WTC Serpong. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor materi SPK, faktor kekeluargaan, faktor mentoring, faktor pengajaran, faktor model khotbah, faktor role model yang mempengaruhi keputusan jemaat dewasa muda mengikuti pemuridan SPK di GBI WTC Serpong. Kata kunci : Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi, Jemaat Dewasa Muda, Pemuridan SPK. / This research was conducted to obtain information about the factors that influence the decision of the young adult congregation to follow SPK discipleship at GBI WTC Serpong. This study uses a qualitative approach that is trying to find meaning, understanding, understanding of a phenomenon or event. The purpose of this study was to open up the horizon of thinking that the importance of correct motivation in making decisions to attend the CMS discipleship class in the congregation of young adults GBI WTC Serpong and get information about what changes were obtained after attending the CMS Discipleship class The data obtained by the authors came from eight responses this is done to obtain information about the factors that influence the decision of the young adult church to follow the SPK discipleship at GBI WTC Serpong. This study uses a qualitative approach that is trying to find meaning, understanding, understanding of a phenomenon or event.The result of this study are factors of SPK material, family factors, mentoring factors, factor of teaching, role models factor, models that influence the decisions of young adult congregations to follow SPK discipleship at GBI WTC Serpong.
