Abstract :
Since March 2021 Indonesia has been faced with a Covid-19 pandemic. The government
created a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy aimed at stopping the spread of
Covid-19. This policy results in a decrease in the movement or mobility of people out of the
house. Currently there are a number of goods transportation services, both conventional
goods transportation services and digital-based services, so that the citizens of DKI
Jakarta are faced with the selection of the type of transportation services such goods. This
study aims to analyze the characteristics of the sender of goods in the selection of service
types, determine the variables that influence decision-making by the sender of goods in the
selection of service types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Google
Form that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using multiple Linear
Regression methods. The results of this study showed the behavior of couriers, pick up time
of goods, timely delivery, tariffs in accordance with the type of goods, tariffs in accordance
with the destination, and discounts (discounts) significantly affect customer satisfaction in
the selection of types of digital-based goods transportation services in the era of Covid-19
in the DKI Jakarta area. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 79,353 and a
significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Discounts are the highest faktor influencing respondents
in choosing the type of digital-based goods transportation services in the era of Covid-19.
Fares in accordance with the destination are the lowest faktors that affect respondents in
the selection of digital-based types of goods transportation services in the era of Covid-19.
