Abstract :
This project paper explains my internship program in PESTALOZZI Playgroup and Kindergarten as English and Religion teacher. I pointed to describe in detail my activities and my analysis of activities during the internship program which are including academic and non academic activities that really gave me valuable experience. This report also explores how important is the human and non human resources that support the management system of PESTALOZZI Playgroup and Kindergarten which I learned while I was doing this internship program.
