Abstract :
Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah ( BBLR) berpengaruh terhadap mortalitas dan morbiditas pada neonatal dan bayi. Angka kelahiran BBLR di dunia mencapai 15,5 %. Salah satu faktor risiko BBLR adalah preeklampsia/eklampsia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara preeklampsia/eklampsia dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah di RSIA Bunda Aliyah periode 2012-2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian retrospektif, deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara preeklampsia/eklampsia dengan kejadian bayi berat lahir rendah di RSIA Bunda Aliyah periode 2012-2017 dengan nilai signifikansi atau p-value 0,678 ( P> 0,05). Kata Kunci : Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR), Preeklampsia, Eklampsia. / Low Birth Weight (LBW) contribute to affect mortality and morbidity in neonatal, and infant. Birth rate of infants with low birth weight in the world reached 15,5%. One of the risk factors for LBW is preeclampsia/eclampsia. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between preeclampsia/eclampsia with the incidence of low birth weight babies at RSIA Bunda Aliyah in period 2012-2017. This study is descriptive, retrospective with cross sectional approach. Sampling using simple random sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 85. The results showed that there is no relationship between preeclampsia/eclampsia with the incidence of low birth weight babies in RSIA Bunda Aliyah in period 2012-2017 with the value of significance or p-value 0,678 (P> 0.05).
