Abstract :
Tingkat pengetahuan dan praktik ibu sangat berperan dalam proses terlaksananya Program Imunisasi Dasar. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran tingkat pengetahuan dan praktik ibu mengenai imunisasi dasar pada balita di Puskesmas Kecamata Duren Sawit periode 2019. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode prosedur non-random sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling menggunakan kuesioner yang mengandung 16 pertanyaan pengetahuan dan 21 pertanyaan praktik ibu. Hasilnya didapatkan 40(40%) responden memiliki Praktik yang baik, 13(13%) responden memiliki praktik yang cukup, dan 47(47%) responden memiliki Praktik yang kurang dari total 100 responden dan didapatkan ibu dengan tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 84(84%) responden, ibu dengan tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 16(16%) responden, ibu dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 0(0%) responden dari total 100 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai imunisasi dasar tergolong baik dan tingak praktik ibu mengenai imunisasi dasar tergolong cukup baik. Kata kunci : imunisasi dasar, pengetahuan, praktik. / The level of knowledge and practice of the mother plays an important role in the process of implementing the Basic Immunization Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the level of knowledge and practice of mothers regarding basic immunization in infants in the District Health Center in Duren Saw 2019. Data was collected using a non-random sampling procedure method with the type of purposive sampling with a questionnaire containing 16 knowledge questions and 21 questions of maternal practice. The results found 40 (40%) of respondents had good practices, 13 (13%) of respondents had sufficient practice, and 47 (47%) of respondents had practices that were xii less than a total of 100 respondents and obtained mothers with good knowledge levels of 84 (84%) respondents, mothers with sufficient levels of knowledge were 16 (16%) respondents, mothers with less knowledge levels were 0 (0%) respondents from a total of 100 respondents.
