Abstract :
Hiperurisemia adalah terjadinya peningkatan kadar asam urat serum di atas nilai normal yaitu lebih dari 7 mg/dl untuk laki-laki dan lebih dari 6 mg/dl untuk perempuan. Pengobatan lini pertama untuk hiperurisemia adalah allupurinol. Namun, dalam penggunaannya menimbulkan efek samping, sehingga dibutuhkan obat alternatif yang memiliki efek minimal seperti obat herbal tradisional. Pengobatan alternatif tradisional banyak diminati masyarakat dan sudah tersedia di Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medicus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan terapi alternatif ramuan jamu penurun asam urat terhadap pasien hiperurisemia di Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, pengumpulan data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien di Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu tahun 2016. Sampel berjumlah 54, terdiri dari seluruh pasien hiperurisemia yang meminum jamu antihiperurisemia di Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medicus. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteristik umur pasien yang paling tinggi adalah umur 49 hingga 54 tahun sebesar 33,3% , jenis kelamin perempuan 53,7% , jenis pekerjaan Ibu Rumah Tangga 20,4% , keberhasilan terapi 79,6% , dan pengujian statistik (p>0,05) tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar asam urat sebelum dan sesudah terapi. Kata kunci: Hiperurisemia , pengobatan alternatif , keberhasilan pengobatan. / Hyperuricemia is a state of elevated serum uric acid levels above normal, that is more than 7 mg / dl for men and more than 6 mg / dl for women. First-line treatment for hyperuricemia is alupurinol. But, in its use cause side effects, so it takes alternative medicine that has minimal effects such as traditional herbal medicine. Traditional alternative medicine is of great interest to the public and is available at Hortus Medicus Herbal Medicine Research House. The purpose of this study to determine the success of alternative therapeutic herb-lowering uric acid therapy against hyperuricemic patients at the Herbal Medicine Research House Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach, secondary data collection from patient's medical record at Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu Herbal Medicine House 2016. The sample in this research is 54 samples. From the research result, it is found that the highest age of patient is 49 to 54 years old is 33,3% , female is 53,7% , Housewife is 20,4% , therapy success rate is 79,6% , and statistic evaluation (p>0,05) there was no significant difference between uric acid levels before and after therapy.
