Abstract :
Hubungan Pengetahuan Berperilaku Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dengan Terjadinya Kecelakaan Kerja Paramedis Di RS UKI Tahun 2018 Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan salah satu masalah yang sangat penting. Kecelakaan kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan antara lain, terlambatnya penyelesaian pekerjaan, penurunan produktivitas, serta biaya penyembuhan bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan berperilaku keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja paramedis di RS UKI tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan jumlah 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan sikap dan tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja pada perawat di RS UKI. Kata kunci: Kecelakaan Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Paramedis. / Relationship between Occupational Safety and Health Knowledge with Occurrence of Paramedic Work Accidents at RS UKI in 2018. Occupational health and safety is one of the most important problems. Workplace accidents directly or indirectly can cause losses to the company, among others, the late completion of work, a decrease in productivity, and the cost of healing for employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between occupational safety and health behavior knowledge with the occurrence of paramedic work accidents in UKI Hospital in 2018. This type of research is correlational with 30 samples. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between occupational safety and health knowledge and work accident prevention attitudes and actions on nurses in UKI Hospital.
