Abstract :
Kepuasan pasien adalah indikator pertama dari standar suatu rumah sakit dan merupakan suatu ukuran mutu pelayanan. Pelayanan yang didapatkan oleh pasien adalah pelayanan yang cepat, praktis dan memungkinkan agar pasien tidak pindah ke tempat lain untuk mendapatkan kepuasan yang lebih baik. Pada kondisi persaingan yang ketat saat ini masyarakat Indonesia kurang percaya terhadap kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, hal utama yang harus diprioritaskan oleh rumah sakit adalah mutu pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan pada layanan umum di Rumah Sakit UKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden dengan teknik Accidental Sample pada bulan Februari 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden termasuk dalam kategori puas terhadap pelayanan di RS UKI. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pasien. / Satisfaction of patient is the first indicator that determines the standard of a hospital as well as the measurement of service quality. The service received by the patient should be fast, practical, and lessen the likelihood of patient to move to other hospital for getting better service. In this competitive era, Indonesian society have less trust toward the service quality of Indonesian hospital. Therefore, the most important thing that should be prioritized by the hospital is the service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of the outpatients at general hospital of UKI. This study employs descriptive study with cross sectional method. The sample of study is 100 respondents with accidental respondents technique in February 2018. The results showed that most of the respondents included in the category of satisfaction to service at RSI Hospital. Keyword : service quality, satisfaction of patient.
