Abstract :
Salah satu faktor resiko Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) adalah obesitas atau kelebihan berat badan dimana penderita memiliki resiko yang lebih tinggi terkena penyakit selain jantung. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mekanisme terjadinya PJK pada obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan faktor resiko dengan kejadiannya PJK pada pasien obesitas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSU UKI pada bulan Maret-Juni 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan rekam medis pasien di RSU UKI yang memiliki diagnosis PJK. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor resiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian PJK pada pasien obesitas adalah hipertensi(P=0.000), Hiperkolesterolemia(P=0.000), dan Diabetes(P=0.009). Kata kunci : PJK, Obesitas, faktor resiko. / One of the risk factors for Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is obesity or overweight which may increase the risk other than heart disease. There are various factors that influence the mechanism of CHD in obesity. This research has aims to determine the relationship between risk factors with CHD of obese patients. The study was conducted in the Christian University of Indonesia Public Hospital from MarchJune 2020. This research is an analytic study with comparative cross-sectional design. The was collected by collecting medical patients at UKI Public Hospital who had diagnosis of CHD. The number of samples are 96 patients. The results showed that the risk factors associated with CHD in obese patients were hypertension (P=0.000), hypercholesterolemia (P=0.000), and diabetes (P=0.009).
