Abstract :
Kecoa adalah salah satu serangga rumah tangga yang paling umum kita temukan di
berbagai tempat. Jumlah populasi kecoa di suatu tempat dapat menjadi salah satu
representasi masalah higenitas, sehingga kecoa berpotensi menjadi penular penyakit.
Caranya dengan menjadi vektor mekanik parasit, terutama helminth dan protozoa
saluran cerna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil dan densitas parasit
pada kecoa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan September ? November 2017.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif cross-sectional dengan sampel berupa
182 kecoa dewasa, yang terdiri atas Periplaneta americana sebanyak 89 ekor, Blatta
germanica sebanyak 49 ekor dan, Blattodea orientalis sebanyak 44 ekor. Jamur
Makrokonidia merupakan parasit yang paling banyak dijumpai pada kecoa, sebanyak
dengan densitas parasit ++ sebanyak 33 (30%) dan densitas parasit + sebanyak 12
(17%), Parasit paling sedikit ditemukan adalah E. Coli ditemukan densitas parasit ++
15 (13.50%) dan densitas parasit + 4 (6%).

Makrokonidia,vektor mekanik, profil, densitas, parasit. / Cockroaches are one of the most common household insects we find in various places.
The number of cockroach population can be a representation of hygiene problems,
with the result that cockroaches become a disease transmitter. By becoming a
mechanics vector of parasitic deseases, especially helminth and gastrointestinal tract
protozoa. This study was intended to find out the profile and density of parasites in
cockroaches. This study design used descriptive cross sectional with 182 adult
cockroaches as sample, which consists of 89 Periplaneta americanas, 49 Blatta
germanicas and, 44 Orientalis blattodea as many as. Macroconidia is the most
common parasite in cockroaches, ++ parasitic density as much as 33 (30%) and +
parasitic density as much as 12 (17%) were found. And The fewest parasites found
were E. Coli with + + parasitic density as much as 15 (13.50%) and + parasitic density
as much as 4 (6%).
