Abstract :
Infeksi Saluran Kemih masih merupakan penyakit yang sering terjadi. Menurut
National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NKUDIC), ISK
merupakan penyakit infeksi kedua tersering setelah infeksi saluran pernafasan dan
sebanyak 8,1 juta kasus dilaporkan per tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui
prevalensi infeksi saluran kemih di Rumah Sakit Umum UKI tahun 2014-2015.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan retrospektif dengan menggunakan data
rekam medik. Populasi yang diambil adalah pasien penderita infeksi saluran kemih
yang menjalani rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum UKI bulan Januari 2014 sampai
dengan Desember 2015. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu, usia, jenis kelamin, status
pernikahan, dan pendidikan. Hasil penenelitian ini memperlihatkan dari 206 pasien
yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, presentase tertinggi ditemukan pada kelompok usia
46-65 tahun sebanyak 37,4%, jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 68% dan laki-laki
sebanyak 32%, status menikah sebanyak 70,4%, dan tingkat pendidikan tertinggi
yaitu tingkat pendidikan SMA sebanyak 53,9%.

Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse (NKUDIC), UTI is the
second most common infection after respiratory infections and as many as 8.1 million
cases were reported annually. The purpose of this study is to determine the
prevalence of urinary tract infections in the General Hospital of UKI from 2014-2015.
The study was conducted with retrospective approach using medical records. The
population recorded are patients with urinary tract infections hospitalized at the
General Hospital of UKI from January 2014 to December 2015. The variables of this
study are, name, age, gender, marital status, and education. Results of this study was
to show 206 patients who met the inclusion criteria, the highest percentage was found
in the group age of 46-65 years by 37.4%, female gender as much as 68% and men
32%, as many as 70.4% were married, and the highest educational level is the level of
high school education as much as 53.9%.
