Abstract :
Invasi
limfovaskular positif dengan grade II sebanyak 45,3%. Metastasis ke KGB aksila
sebanyak 35,1%. Reseptor hormonal positif didapatkan sebanyak 79,6%. HER-2
positif sebanyak 17,6%. Ki-67 proliferasi tinggi sebanyak 51,8%. Topoisomerase II?
positif sebanyak 54,6%. Pasien dengan subtipe Luminal B sebanyak 30,55%.
Kata kunci: Kanker payudara, patologi anatomi, Imunohistokimia. / Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a method of pathology anatomy examination using
antibodies as a probe to detect antigen in breast cancer tissue that has been biopsied.
Immunohistochemistry examination results include hormonal receptor (ER and PR),
HER2, KI-67, and Topoisomerase II?. These four antigens can be grouped into
subtypes that are useful for determining treatment and prognosis. This study aims to
determine the profile of hormonal status and tumor growth factor at Fatmawati
General Hospital from February to December 2017, in the form of age, IHC
examination result (ER, PR, HER-2, Ki-67, TopoisomeraseII ?), lympho-vascular
invasion, histopathological grade, and the metastases to lymph glands. This study is a
retrospective descriptive study using medical record data of breast cancer patients in
Fatmawati Hospital as many as 108 medical records in accordance with inclusion and
exclusion criteria. This study obtained the results: age group with the highest
frequency are 40-49 and 50-59 years, 37,9% each. Lympho-vascular invasion
positive with grade II, was found in 45,3% patients. Metastases to axillary lymph
glands was found in 35,1% patients. Receptor hormonal positive was found in 79,6%
patients and HER-2 positive 17,6% patients. High proliferation Ki-67 was found in
51,8% patients. Topoisomerase II? positive was found in 54,6% patients. Luminal B
subtype was found in 30,55% patients.
