Abstract :
Apendisitis akut adalah peradangan pada apendiks vermiformis. Salah satu komplikasi dari apendisitis akut yang paling sering terjadi adalah perforasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang prevalensi perforasi pada pasien apendisitis akut di RSU UKI pada tahun 2014-2016 dengan melihat data rekam medis pasien. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif retrospektif. Sampel terdiri dari semua pasien yang dirawat inap dengan diagnosis apendisitis akut di RSU UKI pada tahun 2014-2016. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 107 kasus pasien apendisitis akut dengan 17 pasien perforasi (15,9%). Pasien perforasi tebanyak didapatkan jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan kelompok umur terbanyak yaitu kelompok umur 0-20 tahun dan 41-70 tahun (41,2%) dengan suhu sebesar > 37,6°C (94,1%) dan jumlah leukosit >18.000/mm3 (76,5%) dengan keluhan utama nyeri perut kanan bawah (70,6%). Kata kunci: prevalensi, apendisitis akut, perforasi. / Acute appendicitis is an inflammation of the vermiform appendix. One of the most common complications of acute appendicitis is perforation.This study discusses the prevalence of perforation in acute appendicitis patients in UKI Hospital in 2014-2016 by looking at patient?s medical record data. This research is a retrospective descriptive study. The sample consisted of all hospitalized patients with a diagnosis of acute appendicitis at UKI Hospital in 2014-2016. The results of this study were 107 cases of acute appendicitis patients with 17 patients perforation (15.9%). The highest percentage of appendicitis perforation patients were males with age group 0- 20 and 41-70 years old (41,2%) with temperature > 37,6°C (94,1%) and leukocyte count >18.000/mm3 (76.5%) with major complaints of lower right abdominal pain(70.6%).
