Abstract :
Sinusitis atau rinosinusitis kronis merupakan inflamasi mukosa sinus paranasal dan rongga hidung dengan durasi lebih dari 12 minggu dan/atau dalam 6 bulan terakhir kambuh lebih dari 3 episode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil penderita rinosinusitis maksilaris kronis di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia pada periode 2011 ? 2015 Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deksriptif retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di bagian rekam medik Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia (RSU UKI) periode tahun 2011 ? 2015. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 55 pasien rinosinusitis maksilaris kronis yang dijadikan subjek penelitian berdasarkan kelompok usia terbanyak berada pada usia 40 ? 49 tahun dengan persentase 27,3%. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin yang terbanyak adalah wanita dengan persentase 61,8%. Berdasarkan pekerjaan yang terbanyak adalah pekerjaan swasta dengan persentase 34,5% dan ibu rumah tangga persentase 29,1%. Berdasarkan keluhan utama yang paling sering adalah hidung tersumbat dengan persentase 36,4%. Kata Kunci:Rinosinusitis Maksilaris Kronis, RSU Universitas Kristen Indonesia. / Chronic sinusitis or rhinosinusitis maxillary is an inflammation of the mucosa of the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity with a duration of more than 12 weeks and/or relapse within 6 months more than 3 episodes. This study aimed to determine the profile of the maxillary chronic rhinosinusitis patients at the Universitas Kristen Indonesia General Hospital in 2011 ? 2015. Research design is a descriptive retrospective using secondary data. The location of the research at the medical record of Universitas Kristen Indonesia General Hospital in 2011 - 2015. The results obtained from 55 patients with chronic maxillary rhinosinusitis were used as research subjects. Based on age, the most commonly occurs age group at 40-49 years with percentage of 27,3%. Based of the gender, the vast majority were women with a percentage of 61.8%. Based on the job, the most of people have private employee with a percentage of 34.5% and housewives with a percentage of 29.1%.
