Abstract :
Corona Virus Disease merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory
Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Kasus pertama COVID-19 terkait dengan paparan
langsung manusia dengan hewan yang terjadi di Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market, Wuhan lalu
menyebar cepat ke seluruh dunia termasuk ke Indonesia. Kembalinya Warga Negara Indonesia
dari luar negeri harus diperhatikan karena dapat berpontesi menjadi penyebab gelombang kedua
penyebaran virus ini. Ini yang mendasari setiap WNI yang datang dari luar negeri wajib melakukan
karantina dan pemeriksaan RT-PCR di Wisma Atlet Pademangan. Dikarenakan belum adanya
pengobatan dan vaksinasi maka dibutuhkan kerja sama untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus ini.
Memutus rantai penyebaran SARS-CoV-2 dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan
yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan,
sikap dan praktik Warga Negara Indonesia yang datang dar luar negeri yang dinya tentang perilaku
terhadap COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain
penelitian via kuisioner dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling yaitu
300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 159 responden (53%) memiliki
pengetahuan Baik, Sikap Cukup sebanyak 212 (70,7%) responden dan 227 responden (75,3%)
dengan Pratik cukup. Dari data demografis responden didapatkan distribusi usia 31-45 tahun
sebanyak 154 responden (51,3%), distribusi jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 205 responden
(68,4%) dan laki laki laki sebanyak 95 responden (31,6%). Distribusi pendidikan responden
dengan frekunsi tertinggi ada di Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 104 responden (34,7%). 258 responden
(86,1%) bekerja sebagai PMI dengan negara kedatangan terbanyak berasal dari Arab Saudi yaitu
251 Responden (83.7%)

(SARS-CoV-2). The World Health Organization (WHO) announced that SARS-CoV-2 was a
pandemic due to the rapid spread of this virus. The first case of COVID-19 was related to direct
human exposure to animals that occurred in the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market, Wuhan, then
spread rapidly throughout the world including Indonesia. The return of Indonesian citizens from
abroad must be considered because it has the potential to be the cause of the second wave of the
spread of this virus. This is what underlies every Indonesian citizen who comes from abroad is
obliged to carry out quarantine and RT-PCR inspection at Wisma Atlet Pademangan. Due to the
absence of treatment and vaccination, cooperation is needed to break the chain of spread of this
virus. Breaking the chain of spread of SARS-CoV-2 is done by applying the Health Protocol
established by the government. This study aims to determine the knowledge, attitudes and
practices of Indonesian citizens who come from abroad who are taught about behavior towards
COVID-19. This research is a descriptive study using a research design via a questionnaire. The
sampling technique is simple random sampling, namely 300 respondents. The results showed that
there were 159 respondents (53%) who had Good knowledge, Sufficient Attitude as many as 212
(70.7%) respondents and 227 respondents (75.3%) with sufficient practice. From the demographic
data of respondents, it is found that the age distribution of 31-45 years is 154 respondents (51.3%),
the distribution of female sex is 205 respondents (68.4%) and male is 95 respondents (31.6%). The
education distribution of respondents with the highest frequency was in elementary schools
as much as 104 Respondents (34.7%). 258 respondents (86.1%) worked as PMI with the most
countries coming from Saudi Arabia, namely 251 respondents (83.7%).
