Abstract :
Latar belakang: World Health Organization (WHO) telah menyatakan Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (Covid-19) sebagai pandemi yang terjadi lebih dari 150 negara. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki data kasus COVID19 yang tinggi. Kasus kematian yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19 memerlukan adanya prosedur khusus sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya penyebaran yang dapat terjadi pada tenaga medis, tenaga pemulasaran jenazah, keluarga, ataupun masyarakat secara umum. Adanya pedoman prosedur pemulasaran jenazah kasus Covid-19 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga medis ataupun tenaga pemulasaran jenazah tentang penanganan jenazah Covid-19 yang tepat dan aman. Tujuan: Mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit umum universitas kristen indonesia tentang protap pemulasaran jenazah pada pandemic corona virus disease-19 Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional di RSU UKI pada bulan Februari 2021 yang melibatkan 53 orang responden penelitian. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil: Mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan mengenai manfaat dan tujuan protap pemulasaran jenazah yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan pengetahuan mengenai proses dan langkah-langkah protap pemulasaran jenazah pada mayoritas petugas termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan sumber daya manusia di RSU UKI tentang manfaat dan tujuan protap pemulasaran jenazah Covid-19 termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sementara tentang proses dan langkah-langkah protap pemulasaran jenazah Covid-19 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Covid-19; pemulasaran jenazah; tingkat pengetahuan. / Background: The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (Covid-19) a pandemic that has occurred in more than 150 countries. Indonesia is one of the countries that has high data on COVID-19 cases. Death cases caused by Covid-19 require special procedures as an effort to prevent the spread that can occur to medical personnel, corpses, families, or the general public. It is hoped that the guidelines for the screening of the corpse for Covid-19 cases are expected to increase the knowledge of medical personnel or corpse reporting personnel regarding proper and safe handling of Covid-19 bodies. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of human resources in the UKI hospital about the procedure for managing the Covid-19 bodies period 2021. Methods: A descriptive study with a cross sectional design at the UKI Hospital in February 2021, which involved 53 research respondents. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire. Results: The majority of the personnel had knowledge of the benefits and objectives of the corpse managing procedure which was included in the medium category. Meanwhile, the knowledge of the corpse managing procedure in the majority of personnel is in the high category. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of the human resources the UKI Hospital about the benefits and objectives of the Covid-19 body managing procedure is in the moderate category, while the process and steps for the managing of the Covid-19 corpse are included in the high category.
