Abstract :
Ottovianus Otto. Implementasi Pemuridan dalam Peningkatan Karakter dan Spiritualitas Mahasiswa Pada Program Discipleship Center Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Pelita Dunia Karawaci-Tengerang: Suatu Tinjauan PAK. Dalam perkembangan dunia modern, karakter dan spiritualitas mengalami kemerosotan sehingga membuat generasi masa kini kurang memahami betapa pentingnya sebuah karakter dan spiritualitas sebagai makhluk ciptaan Tuhan. Berdasarkan hal itu, maka penelitian ini akan berfokus untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pemuridan dalam peningkatan karakter dan spiritualitas mahasiswa pada program Discipleship Center Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Pelita Dunia KarawaciTengerang: Suatu Tinjauan PAK. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi pemuridan dalam meningkatkan karakter dan spiritualitas mahasiswa pada program Discipleship Center. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pada program Discipleship Center Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Pelita Dunia KarawaciTengerang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan menyimpulkan data (conclusing drawing) di mana peneliti sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari implementasi pemuridan dalam peningkatan karakter dan spiritualitas mahasiswa pada program Discipleship Center Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Pelita Dunia Karawaci-Tengerang adalah baik dan efektif. Mahasiswa rata-rata merasa senang karena karakter dan kerohaniannya bisa terbentuk dan berubah melalui Discipleship Center. Dengan demikian, program Discipleship Center adalah program yang berhasil mengimplementasikan pemuridan. Untuk itu, hendaknya pemimpin dan lembaga Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Pelita Dunia Karawaci-Tangerang perlu memperhatikan program Discipleship Center ini dan terus berupaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pembinaan kepada mahasiswa, menerapkan aturan secara maksimal, agar mahasiswa memiliki karakter Kristus dan spiritualitas yang baik sebagai murid-murid Kristus. The implementation of discipleship in improving character and spirituallity of students on the Discipleship Center?s program at Pelita Dunia Theological Seminary in Karawaci-Tangerang: It is an observation of Christian Religious Education. In the development of the modern world, character and spirituality suffer a setback so that it can make current generation lack of understanding about how important character and spirituality is as a creature of God's creation. Therefore, this research will focus on describing the implementation of discipleship in improving character and spirituality of the students on the Discipleship Center?s program at Pelita Dunia Theological Seminary in Karawaci -Tangerang: It is an observation of Christian Religious Education. The goal is to find out the results of implementation of discipleship in improving character and spirituality of the students on the Discipleship Center?s program. This research uses qualitative method on the Discipleship Center?s program at Pelita Dunia Theological Seminary in Karawaci-Tangerang. Data processing is done by data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing in which researcher as research instrument. The result drawn from the implementation of discipleship in improving character and spirituality of the students on the Discipleship Center?s program at Pelita Dunia Theological Seminary in Karawaci-Tangerang is good and effective. The students in average feel happy because their character and spirituality can be shaped and transformed through the discipleship center?s program. Therefore, the discipleship center?s program is a successful program to implement discipleship. Therefore, the leader and the institution of Pelita Dunia Theological Seminary in Karawaci-Tangerang should pay attention to the discipleship center?s program and continue to defend and improve coaching for the students and to apply appropriate rules maximally so that students may have Christ?s character and good spirituality as disciples of Christ.
