Abstract :
terdapat beberapa tahap diataranya, pembentukan, pengeloalaan, keterlibatan,
mendukung bkkbnofficial mitigasinya yaitu membuat regulasi terkait pelarangan
pembuatan akun media sosial mengatasnamakan BKKBN tanpa persetujuan
The packaging of messages delivered through BKKBN's social media should be based
on data and aligned with the BKKBN Program. However, after analyzing the content
of messages shared on BKKBN's social media, researchers found that the messages on
the official BKKBN social media are based on activities conducted by BKKBN, not
on the BKKBN Program itself. This issue not only pertains to program messages but
also to internal coordination within BKKBN. There is a lack of coordination between
directorates at BKKBN Headquarters, leading to the creation of separate social media
accounts by various directorates. Furthermore, the social media management is not
focused on the directorates that are supposed to be responsible for managing BKKBN's
official social media. As a result, the BKKBN Media Center cannot be fully utilized.
The research methodology employed is quantitative. The findings of this research
reveal several stages in the business process of managing BKKBN?s social media,
including formation, management, engagement, information dissemination, and
interaction with the social media community. This process is driven by the need to
fulfill and meet information demands. These needs are processed nationally, reflecting
public responses and various insights from BKKBN staff. The three major risks
identified are directorates creating their own accounts, lack of oversight from the
responsible parties, and insufficient internal BKKBN human resources to support the
official BKKBN account. Mitigation strategies include developing regulations
prohibiting the creation of social media accounts in the name of BKKBN without
approval from BKKBN Headquarters, reinstating oversight functions by forming
internal and external audit teams, conducting surveys and evaluations before
performing tasks outside the area, and providing training on social media management
systems by external experts.
