Abstract :
This research provides information about #Shemeansbusiness program that is undertaken to improve the economy of women in Indonesia in 2016-2017. #Shemeansbusiness is a program provided by Facebook to help women entrepreneur to have digital marketing training, and prepare them to enter the online market, so that they can improve their economy and quality of life, because they can be the second wheel to support their family. The data used in this study comes from interviews, also data from related agencies, books, and journals. This study using qualitative method by looking to the role of Facebook in supporting women entrepreneur to realise gender and equality women empowernment.
