Abstract :
This study discusses the problems women often got preferential treatment as less good, violence to women is not something commonly even resulted in death. One of them fenomenh femicide that resulted in turmoil for the people of Argentina-Latin America. Femicide in defined initially by a feminist named Diana Russell means is killing women because she is female. Gender-based murder, which also often become a phenomenon of human brutality as in the 1967 tragedy. The State Government In Argentina Cristina Fernadez de kitchner years 2012-2015 are taking steps to deal with the phenomenon of the femicide happening in Argentina. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of policies that apply in the femicide in Argentina performed by President Cristina Fernandez de kithner in menanggani the phenomenon of femicide in Argentina years 2012-2015. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection methods type i.e. secondary data through the research libraries. And the concept of Femicide and foreign policy.
