Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan minat belajar kimia melalui pemanfaatan modul praktikum kimia SMA Kelas X dan seberapa besar terdapat meningkatan minat belajar kimia siswa melalui pemanfaatan modul praktikum kimia Kelas X SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kelas X SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta tahun Pembelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 107 orang yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Sampel diambil secara acak satu kelas X- 4 yang terdiri dari 24 siswa. Istrumen yang digunakan berupa angket minat belajar, data diolah dengan menguji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1. Terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas X SMA 17 Agustus 1945 melalui pemanfaatan modul praktikum kimia, yang dalam hal ini dapat dilihat dari total skor skala Likert berada pada kategori sangat setuju (total skor 2769) dan data sudah terdistribusi normal dengan nilai sig = 0.067 > 0.05, serta homogen dengan f hitung = 1.87 < dari f tabel 2,03. 2. Besar peningkatan minat belajar kimia melalui pemanfaatan modul praktikum adalah 35,4 %. Kata kunci : Minat Belajar, Modul Praktikum, Praktikum Kimia This study was aimed to know whether there is improvement of studying interest of chemistry through the utilization of chemical practical module of the tenth graders and to know how effective the improvement through Chemical Practical Module of the Tenth Graders at SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive approach. The population of this study was all of tenth graders of SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta of Academic Year 2016/2017 consisting of 107 students from 4 parallel classes. The sample was obtained randomly from X-4 consisting of 24 students. The instruments to collect the data were questionnaire items of studying interest, which analyzed by testing normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis using Likert scale. Based on the result, it is concluded that: 1) there is improvement of studying interest of chemistry through the utilization of chemical practical module of the tenth graders. This can be seen from total score of Likert Scale which is in ?strongly agreed? category (score total 2769) and the data were distributed normally with sig = 0.067 > 0.05, and homogeneity with f-count = 1.87 < f table 2.03. 2) the improvement of studying interest of chemistry through chemical practical module is 35.4% Keyword: Studying Interest, Practical Module, Chemical Practice
