Abstract :
di mesin heat treatment PT KANGAR CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES
terkadang terdapat breakdown komponen mesin yang mengakibatkan produk gagal.
Komponen yang mengalami breakdown yang bisa menyebabkan produk gagal adalah:
nozzle zona 1 utara, nozzle zona 1 selatan, busi zona 1 utara, busi zona 1 selatan, dan v
belt zona 1. Terdapat 5 zona di mesin heat treatment, hanya zona 1 lah yang jika
breakdown maka akan menyebabkan produk gagal, bentuk perawatan yang terdapat
pada mesin heat treatment ini adalah breakdown maintenance yang membuat banyak
menghasilkan produk gagal. Setiap melakukan kegiatan perawatan, kecepatan produksi
akan dikurangi dan produksi pun berkurang, hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah produk
gagal saat perawatan berlangsung. Maka dari itu penjadwalan preventive maintenance
diperhitungkan supaya bisa meminimalisasi kerugian saat perawatan berlangsung dan
lebih menguntungkan daripada kegiatan breakdown maintenance
In the PT KANGAR CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES heat treatment machine
sometimes there is a breakdown of engine components which results in the product
failing. Breakdown components that can cause failed products are: zone 1 north nozzle,
south zone 1 nozzle, northern zone 1 spark plug, south zone 1 spark plug, and zone 1 v
belt. There are 5 zones in the heat treatment machine, only zone 1 is the one if the
breakdown will cause the product to fail, the form of treatment contained in this heat
treatment machine is a breakdown maintenance that makes many produce a failed
product. Every time doing maintenance activities, the production speed will be reduced
and production will decrease, this is done to prevent the product from failing during
maintenance. Therefore preventive maintenance scheduling is calculated so that it can
minimize losses during maintenance and is more profitable than maintenance
breakdown activities
