Abstract :
Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi Uni Eropa pasca Amerika Serikat menarik diri dari Perjanjian Joint Comphrehensive Plan Of Action (JCPOA) pada tahun 2018. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan konsep interdependensi kompleks dan keamanan energi. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Dari penelitian ini penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwa Uni Eropa mengambil sikap untuk tetap pada perjanjian JCPOA dan tetap melakukan kerja sama dengaan Iran. Upaya yang Uni Eropa lakukan adalah dengan memberlakukan UU pemblokiran sanksi sehingga perusahaan mereka tetap dapat berbisnis dengan Iran tanpa terganggu sanksi yang Amerika tetapkan./The purpose of this study was to find out the position of the European Union after the United States withdrew from the Joint Comphrehensive Plan Of Action Agreement (JCPOA) in 2018. In this study the authors used the concept of complex interdependence and energy security. And the data collection method in this study is descriptive qualitative and uses secondary data sources. From this study the authors get the results that the European Union took a position to stick to the JCPOA agreement and continue to cooperate with Iran. The effort that the European Union is doing is to impose a sanctions blocking law so that their companies can continue to do business with Iran without the sanctions imposed by America.
