Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman PAK tentang konflik politik bagi jemaat GMIST Resort Tahuna. Hasil temuan penulis adalah sikap gereja sebagai pelaksana PAK menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan, di mana gereja berperan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mereka yang terlibat dalam konflik politik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif atau biasa disebut juga dengan pendekatan yang bersifat naturalistic yang dilaksanakan di Jemaat GMIST Resort Tahuna. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dianalisis berdasarkan teknik analisis data. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi data, diperoleh indikasi bahwa usaha yang dilakukan pelayan gereja dalam menanamkan pendidikan kristen terkait dengan konflik politik belum maksimal. Peneliti menguraikan metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini seperti; Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai peneliti, teknik pengumpulan data dan teknik menganalisa data untuk mengolah temuan penelitian yang didapatkan di lapangan. Peneliti memaparkan data-data dan temuan di lapangan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan responden, kemudian menganalisa upaya yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini dapat memberi gambaran tentang pemahaman PAK tentang konflik politik, guna mewujudkan peran gereja di jemaat GMIST Resort Tahuna. Kata Kunci : Konflik Politik, PAK, Peran Pelayan Gereja./The purpose of this study is to provide a Christian Religious Education understanding of political conflicts of the GMIST Resort Tahuna congregation. The author's finding is that the attitude of the church as the implementer of Christian Religious Education has an important role to provide understanding to those involved in political conflict. This method is a qualitative study with a research method using a qualitative approach or commonly referred to as a naturalistic approach which was held at the GMIST Resort Tahuna Church. The data collected was through observations and interviews wich then were analyzed based on data analysis techniques. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data, it was obtained that there was an indication that the efforts carried out by church ministers in instilling Christian Religious education related to political conflict were not maximized. The researcher describes the research methods used in this study such as; The research instrument, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques to process research findings obtained in the field. The researcher explained the data and findings in the field based on the results of observations and interviews with respondents, then analyzed the efforts that had been made. This research is able to provide an overview of the understanding of Christian Religious Education understanding of the political conflict, in order to realize the role of the church in the GMIST Resort Tahuna congregation.
