Abstract :
Optimalisasi pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi menjadi salah satu penyebab pesatnya perkembangan di dunia pendidikan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa untuk menciptakan kondisi demikian, dibutuhkan pemimpin yang kompeten dalam upaya pengelolaannya. Motivasi guru sebagai pendidik dan pengajar bahkan turut mempengaruhi kondisi tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Rumahkay yang berjumlah 36 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga diperoleh jumlah uji coba sebanyak 24 guru di SD Negeri 2 Piru dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 guru SD di Rumahkay. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan model regresi linier berganda. Model regresi linier berganda merupakan suatu analisis asosiasi yang digunakan secara bersamaan untuk meneliti pengaruh dua variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat. Informasi yang diperoleh dari responden dijaring melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi ganda dengan nilai sebesar 0,897 dan nilai probabilitas (sig.) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru terhadap pemanfaatan TIK. Selain itu diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,805 atau 80,5%. Hal ini berarti 80,5% variasi pemanfaatan TIK dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru secara bersama-sama dengan persamaan berganda ? = -1,794 + 1,145X1 + 0,503X1 Oleh sebab itu diperlukan kepala sekolah yang berkompeten sebagai pemimpin dalam upaya mengelola sumber daya yang dimiliki sekolah. Motivasi guru yang tinggi dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab sebagai pengajar sangat dibutuhkan, agar dengan motivasi tersebut guru dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam merancang berbagai model pembelajaran yang lebih menarik. Dengan demikian maka pemanfaatan TIK dapat ditingkatkan atau dioptimalisasikan. The sample used in this study was taken using saturated sampling technique so that the number of trials obtained by 24 teachers in Piru 2 Public Elementary School and 36 sample of elementary school teachers at Rumahkay. This research used quantitative methods, with multiple linear regression models. The multiple linear regression model is an association analysis that is used simultaneously to examine the effect of two independent variable on one dependent variable. Information obtained from respondent was collected through a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study obtained a multiple correlation coefficient with a value of 0.897 and a probability value (sig.) Of 0.000 smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The test results show that there was influence of the principal leadership and the teachers motivation to using of Information and Communication Technology. In addition, the coefficient of determination was 0.805 or 80.5%. This means that 80.5% of the variation in the use of Information and Communication Technology can be influenced by the leadership of the principal and teachers motivation together with multiple equations ? = -1,794 + 1,145X1 + 0,503X1. Therefore, the school principal was competent as a leader in the effort to manage the resources of the school is needed. The high motivation of teachers in carrying out their responsibilities as teachers was needed so that with these teachers motivations can be more creative and innovative in designing a variety of more interesting learning models.
