Penelitianeini bertujuaneuntuk menganalisisemiskonsepsi siswaepada materieSistem
Reproduksiedi SMA se-Kecamatan Dolok Sanggul Kabupaten Humbang
Hasundutan. Metodeepenelitian ini menggunakanemetode kuantitatifeuntukedapat

Explanatory. Sequensial Explanatoryedesign (model urutan pembuktian)epenelitian
iniemerupakan penelitianedeskripsif denganependekatan kuantitatifebertujuaneuntuk
menyelidikieresponden berdasarkanepemahaman konsep.eInstrumen soaletelah
dieuji validitasedan realibilitasnyaekepada 50eorang siswaekelas XII IPA dengane30
butiresoal, setelahzdi uji terdapatz25 butirzsoal validzdan reliabel,zinstrumenzsoal
digunakanzsebagai alatzuntuk menganalisiszmiskonsepsi. Hasilzpenelitian
menunjukkanzbahwa Intrumenzfour-tier diagnoctic test padazmateri Sistem
Reproduksizdapat ditinjauzdari 25 butirzsoal validzpada taraf 5%zdan realibilitas
sebesar 0,73. instrumen four-tier diagnoctic test valid dan reliabel, instrumen dapat
dapat digunakan untuk penelitian analisis miskonsepsi siswa pada materi sistem
reproduksi. Analisis miskonsepsi siswa kelas XII IPA menggunakan instrumen four?tier diagnoctic test di SMA se-Kecamatan Dolok Sanggul menunjukkan bahwa
miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada sub konsep ovulasi, analisis siklus menstruasi dan
kaitan hormon dengan siklus menstruasi. Miskonsepsi tertinggi terjadi pada sub
konsep ovulasi dan menstruasi yaitu sebanyak 62%, sedangkan miskonsepsi terendah ada pada sub konsep Struktur dan fungsi alat-alat reproduksi pada pria dan wanita
yaitu sebesar 11%.

material in SMA in Dolok Sanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This
research method uses quantitative methods to be able to analyze misconceptions data.
This research design using Sequential Explanatory. Sequential Explanatory design
(model of the proving sequence) is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach
aimed at investigating respondents based on understanding the concept. The
instrument has been tested for validity and reliability on 50 students of class XII IPA
with 30 items, after testing there are 25 valid and reliable items, the question
instrument is used as a tool to analyze misconceptions. The results showed that the
four-tier diagnostic test instrument on the reproductive system material can be viewed
from 25 items valid at the 5% level and the reliability of 0.73. valid and reliable four?tier diagnostic test instrument, the instrument can be used to research the analysis of
student misconceptions on reproductive system material. The analysis of
misconceptions for class XII science students using a four-tier diagnostic test
instrument in SMA in Dolok Sanggul District showed that the misconceptions that
occurred in the ovulation sub-concept, analysis of the menstrual cycle and the relation
of hormones to the menstrual cycle. The highest misconception occurred in the sub?concept of ovulation and menstruation, which was 62%, while the lowest was in the
sub-concept of structure and function of the reproductive organs in men and women, namely 11%.
