Abstract :
CHRISNAULI ERLITA BR SIMARE MARE, Hubungan Motivasi Kerja
dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Drive
Automation Center (DAC) Pantai Indah Kapuk Jakarta Utara.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : (1) bagaimana hubungan Motivasi kerja
terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Drive Automation Center (DAC), (2) Bagaimana
hubungan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Drive Automation
Center (DAC).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini
adalah karyawan PT. Drive Automation Center (DAC) sebanyak 28 karyawan.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan
menggunakan regresi ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif
terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Drive Automation (DAC) yang ditunjukan dengan
koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,561 yang berarti hubungan kedua
bersifat cukup kuat dan bernilai cukup kuat dan bernilai positif, dengan nilai
signifikan sebesar cukup kuat dan bernilai positif, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar
0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Drive Automation (DAC).
(2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang
ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman 0,531 yang berarti
hubungan kedua variabel cukup kuat dan bernilai positif. Nilai signifikan sebesar
0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Drive Automation
(DAC).

This research aims to find out: (1) how the relationship of motivation to work to
employee performance pt. Drive Automation Center (DAC), (2) How the work
environment relationships to the performance of employees of PT. Drive
Automation Center (DAC).
The results showed that: (1) Work motivation has a positive effect on the
performance of employees of PT. Drive Automation (DAC) indicated with
Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.561 which means the second
relationship is quite strong and is quite strong and positive value, with a
significant value of quite strong and positive value, with a significant value of
0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between
the variables of work motivation to the performance of employees of PT. Drive
Automation (DAC). (2) The work environment positively affects the performance
of employees indicated by spearman rank correlation coefficient of 0.531 which
means the relationship between the two variables is quite strong and positive
value. A significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that there is a
significant relationship between the variables of the work environment and the
performance of employees of PT. Drive Automation (DAC).
