Pemasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kompetensi
Kepribadian Guru dan Iklim Sekolah Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMK
Negeri 22 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi
kepribadian guru dan iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri
22 Jakarta baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Peneliti menggunakan metode
kuantitatif dalam bentuk regresi berganda. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen
penelitian berupa angket. Berdasarkan hasil uji kompetensi kepribadian guru
terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan
kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan
dengan hasil uji t dimana t hitung = 7,585 lebih besar dari t tabel =
2,012.Berdasarkan hasil uji iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa diketahui
bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar
siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t dimana t hitung= 5,627 lebih besar dari t
tabel = 2,012. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh
kompetensi kepribadian guru dan iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di
SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil data analisis dimana F hitung
> nilai signifikan, Fhitung 28,190 dari nilai signifikan 0,05. Itu koefisien determinasi
adalah 0,562 artinya 56,2 % variabel kompetensi kepribadian guru dan iklim sekolah
terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

The problem discussed in this study is the influence of teacher personality
competence and school climate on student achievement at SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta.
This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher personality competence and school
climate on student achievement at SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta, either partially or
simultaneously. Researchers used quantitative methods in the form of multiple
regression. The data was obtained through a research instrument in the form of a
questionnaire. Based on the results of the teacher's personality competency test on
student learning achievement, it is known that there is a significant influence of the
teacher's personality competence on student learning achievement as indicated by the
results of the t test where t count = 7.585 is greater than t table = 2.012. Based on the
results of the school climate test on student achievement is known that there is a
significant influence of school climate on student achievement as indicated by the
results of the t test where t count = 5.627 is greater than t table = 2.012. The results
of the multiple regression analysis show that there is an influence of teacher
personality competence and school climate on student achievement at SMK Negeri
22 Jakarta. This can be seen from the results of the data analysis where Fcount >
significant value, Fcount 28.190 from a significant value of 0.05. The coefficient of
determination is 0.562 which means 56.2% of the variables of teacher personality
competence and school climate on student achievement.
