Abstract :
Latar belakang: Otomikosis merupakan infeksi jamur yang terjadi pada telinga luar. Penyebab tersering infeksi jamur ini adalah Candida Spp dan Aspergillus Spp. Keluhan yang sering membuat pasien datang ke dokter yaitu gatal pada liang telinga (pruritus) dan gejala lainnya seperti nyeri telinga (otalgia). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk mengetahui Profil Kinis Pasien Penderita Otomikosis di RSU UKI tahun 2018-2021. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan restrospektif menggunakan data rekam medis pasien. Sebanyak 35 sampel didapatkan dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasilnya mayoritas pasien pada kelompok usia 50-59 tahun 27,5% , jenis kelamin perempuan 60% dan laki-laki 40%. Manifestasi klinis gejala gatal sebanyak 97,1%, Otalgia 34,3%, Rasa penuh ditelinga 34,4% Ottorhea 31,4%, Tinnitus 20%, gangguan pendengaran 11,4%. Kesimpulan: Penderita Otomikosis terbanyak pada kelompok usia 50-59 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan lulusan tingkat sekolah menengah, perkerja swasta dengan gejala klinis terbanyak adalah gatal. Kata kunci : Otomikosis, Otalgia, deskriptif./ Background: Otomycosis is a fungal infection that occurs in the outer ear. The most common causes of this fungal infection are Candida Spp and Aspergillus Spp. Complaints that often make patients come to the doctor are itching in the ear canal (pruritus) and other symptoms such as ear pain (otalgia). Aim: This study aims to determine the Current Profile of Patients with Otomycosis at UKI General Hospital in 2018-2021. Methods: This study uses a descriptive method with a retrospective approach using patient medical record data. A total of 35 samples were obtained and processed using the SPSS application. The result is the majority of patients in the age group 50-59 years 27.5%, 60% female and 40% male. Clinical manifestations of itching were 97.1%, Otalgia 34.3%, Ear fullness 34.4% Ottorhea 31.4%, Tinnitus 20%, hearing loss 11.4%. Conclusion: Most Otomycosis sufferers are in the 50-59 year age group, female, middle school level graduated, private sector worker with the most clinical symptoms are itching.
